BrandFit & Embassy of the Republic of Korea - Culinary Promotion Film (Odette)
Commissioned by BrandFit and supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation, the project formed part of a broader initiative to raise awareness of premium Korean agricultural produce among chefs and culinary audiences in Singapore. The work was developed to communicate product quality, provenance, and professional relevance within a recognised fine-dining context.
The production focused on Odette and its culinary practice under Chef Julien Royer, highlighting how Korean agricultural ingredients are selected and integrated within a contemporary kitchen environment. Emphasis was placed on process, discipline, and ingredient integrity, presenting the produce through real professional application rather than overt promotional framing.
