Brotherbird Milk & Croissants | 黏品專門店
Chern Yu—more affectionately known as Bird—is one of two co-founders of Brotherbird Milk & Croissants. Bird formed Brotherbird Milk & Croissants with K.C. after brief stints with their F&B businesses like Honey Comb and even a Korean fried chicken shop.
9 months of research and development went into a product called sticky buns. Its launch never came to light because they were not up to Bird’s standards. Now, say hello to the mochi crossiants and cruffins, the brainchild that represents Brotherbird Milk & Croissants.
A good croissant takes at least 3 days of hard work to make: from base dough to lamination (12 layers of butter!) to shaping and proofing. The Matcha White Chocolate and the Peanut Butter (Muah-Chee Style) (croissants) are two of the many flavors inspired by the duo’s travels around East Asia.
With a collective heart for experimentation and betterment, you can expect new and tastier products (including beverages) coming to you really soon.
