Chope: DotM

Chope Singapore has engaged Volumes SG to create food videos for Chope’s Dish of the Month (DotM) features. DotM features a different theme each month—from steak to chilli crab and even Xiao Long Bao.

In each feature, Volumes SG met with chefs from multiple restaurants to find out the different ways a single dish can be interpreted and prepared. Did you know that a laksa can be made traditionally or get reconstructed to form a soufflé? Next, we shoot these establishments to create a single video that brings out the best of both worlds.
